What You’ll Be Doing
Join our passionate team at the Underwood, QLD, Dulux Trade Centre as our next Store Manager, where you’ll not only lead day-to-day operations but also be empowered to grow your career within a business that values development and internal progression.

- Managing store financials, KPIs, and inventory
- Leading and developing your team to achieve sales targets
- Championing outstanding customer service
- Building strong relationships with our Dulux Field Sales team to drive growth

As Store Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our store’s success—driving performance, leading a close-knit team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll take ownership of the store as if it were your own, with the support of a respected brand and a collaborative network.
